Playin in the water

Ater the hike through the Narrows, cooling off in the river was nice. Raven, Luke & Delia threw in many rocks. With all of the rain in SW Oklahoma, the water was high and moving swiftly.

Camp DaKaNi Frog Race Day

Raven & Luke caught very small frogs this morning to take to camp today for the
"Frog & Turtle races".
Raven's tiny frog won 2nd place and Luke's small frog won 3rd!

All done!

Muddy Sunday

Raven, Luke & Tahlor got super muddy this afternoon! Raven is feeling much better & the dirt mound has turned into a mud pile. Fun was had by all. Then they were hosed down and bathed directly!

Hello new Jeep!

Here's the black jeep that we got for our play car. It has a hard top & bikini. It's an automatic w/ 4WD. It pretty much has the stuff that needed to be done to the red jeep. I like driving it around town. Can't wait for the rain to go away so we can take off the top!!

Bye Bye Jeep

We sold the Jeep today.
Took the last ride in it last night.
It's been a good Jeep & it'll be missed.
But we do have the new black one to take it's place.

Man and his dog

Jake had his 1st kayak ride in Quana Parker Lake this weekend while we were camping in the Wichita Mountains. He also learned that he likes to swim. He did really good at both.
We had the best camp site with a place to put the kayak in the lake near by.

Fishing with Papa

Papa took Raven & Luke fishing at Crater Lake in the Wichita's They caught quite a few little fish & released them in Quana Parker Lake near our camp site. Papa is making little fisherpeople out of his grandkids, but they'll be disappointed when they fish in lakes that the fish don't bite as quick & often.

Meme & Papa visit us caming

Meme & Papa came to visit us while we were camping at the Wichita's this week. We had a nice visit & good lunch & dinner.
