Zoo on Centennial Day

Raven got to go to the Zoo after the Parade. Here are some of her pictures :) #1 are wolves, #2 is a deer head, #3 are turtles and snakes, #4 is a black bear - to follow are some of her other favorites!

Buffalo Art

Luke and Raven made unique buffaloes for their Centennial Reading Stampede at school. They have both read over 1000 minutes in the first 10 weeks of school. The top buffalo is Luke's and the bottom one is Raven's. Luke wanted his to have the Oklahoma flag and be unique and original. Raven wanted it to be natural. She collected leaves and bark and dirt to glue on. They are entering a contest where a winner per grade will be chosen. Good Luke Kiddos!

Akin Autumn

Jake like the leaves, I think. He likes to run and roll in them. The colors in the trees are just beautiful this fall. Leaves are falling everywhere!

New addition to our family of cars

Here she is, our newest addition to our fleet. Very pretty, nice & clean (for now). JB's driving it & really seems to like it. I like the colors.

Trick or Treat

Raven & Luke trick or treated at Mom's and we walked with some friends through their neighborhood. Then Raven & Luke handed a little bit of candy out at home. It was a good evening. They had a great time as little aliens!

Makin' Pumpkins

I carved Raven & Luke pumpkins this year. JB is much better at it than me,
but I wanted to give it a shot.
They turned out pretty good if I say so my self! :)

Morey Halloween Party

Raven was our little devil & Luke was an alien again. They had a great time with their friends at the Morey's Halloween party.

Haunting the ZOO!

We haunted the zoo with the Sollbergers. We had 2 aliens, a priate & a princess.
As you can see we had plenty of fun. We got there at the perfect time - about 7:20 when the crowd was mostly through and by the time we were done they were finished letting folks in. It was a very nice evening & good birthday.

We are Blue Belts! After the belt ceremony we hit Haunt the Zoo - our "my birthday" tradition.

Top O' the World!

JB & Ben climbed up to over 12,000 ft Saturday to the summit of Serria Blanca in New Mexico. 4 hours up.

Fall Break

We hiked the 1.5 mile round trip at 3 Rivers Petroglyph site - the same one that I took Luke on when he was 18 months old. This is the same drawing that I took their picture by 5 years ago :)

Haunted Eats

Raven & Luke got to make a Halloween House this morning. They had so much fun working together on their project. It turned out really good and they got to eat it with JB. It's been a great day!
