Craters of the Moon National Monument

We hiked across the lava flow and went into the lava tubes and caves.  Luke's favorite is the "Boy Scout" cave. Craters of the Moon National Monument and Preserve in Idaho was a great experience.

riverside geyser at YNP

Once you see the waters begin to flow and spurt you have a 90 to 120 minute window to when the geyser may go.  We waited it out.  It was well worth it.

The 1973 VW Bus

Maybe be jumping the gun a little bit.  But the Bus is on its way home to finish it completion.  It is the families favorite vehicle for travel around town.  Any guess why?  It could be the 300 watt Hi Fi System or maybe plaid seats.
