Raven & Luke completed 3 Junior Rangers and a Junior Scientist while on this vacation. We have 2 others to finish and mail in for a total of 6 awards and great learning experiences for Raven & Luke.
As a matter of fact, Raven was able to get a "Raven Award" from the Grand Canyon. Technically, she and Luke are both the age for the "Coyote Award", but I talked the manager in to letting us purchase the "Raven Award" specifically. (The clerk was not going to let me have it)
We had the pleasure of listening to Mr Howell give a Ranger talk on the formation of the Grand Canyon. Raven & Luke truly learned a lot from him! (JB & I did too)
